Here’s what’s on tap for January 2018…

Wine Speak Paso Robles: If you’re interested in learning more about wine, check out this event at Atascadero’s Carlton Hotel that brings together sommeliers, wine industry leaders, and hospitality professionals together for a 3-day educational event. Enjoy wine tastings, seminars, and vineyard excursions. After you’ve learned a few new things about wine, put your education to the test by visiting one of the many wineries in the area (January 9th-11th, 2018).

Taste of Paso Robles: This event is part of Wine Speak Paso Robles and brings together several local chefs who will whip up culinary creations that pair perfectly with an assortment of local wines. As you nibble and sip your way through the crowd, you’ll be able to mingle and bond with people who share your interests and a love for wine—plus, you’ll take in the beautiful scenery surrounding the Atascadero Lake Pavilion (January 10th, 2018).

Art of Wine Winemaker Dinner: Enjoy a wine pairing dinner that will open your eyes to the diversity of wines along California’s Central Coast. Dinner includes six courses and an education on each of the wines served. Join in at Robin’s Restaurant in Cambria (January 27th, 2018).

Wine Seminar: Taste Like a Pro: Head over to Cass Winery for a primer in advancing your wine tasting skills. Katie Bay, a Certified Specialist of Wine and a Level II Sommelier, will teach you delve deeper into the sensory experiences of wine (January 28th, 2018).
