If there is one thing most all of us share on the Central Coast; it’s that somehow, somewhere, at sometime - we have had Clam Chowder in Pismo Beach. If not (and there may be a few of you), well here’s your chance. Not only do you get to sample the chowders from the Best Local Clam Chowder contest; but in true Pismo spirit they will celebrate everything possible about the history of the Clam in Pismo Beach at the 2017 Pismo Beach Clam Festival.

Pismo Beach is known for its abundant and large clams and clamming still goes on today at the beach. Pismo Beach has long been a favorite community for beach goers and those who love the beach lifestyle. We have a variety of neighborhoods and home styles throughout Pismo Beach, Shell Beach and Avila Beach – but luxury views rule the day in this special part of the Central Coast of California.
